Shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs

www.merceriamarieta.com will only deliver orders in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For shipments to the Canary Islands, please request information by calling 657 275 787 or sending an email to merceriamarieta@hotmail.com.

The delivery period includes the time from the receipt of the order to its delivery to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. It may range between:

  • 24-48 hours for the peninsula.
  • 72 hours for the peninsula in exceptional cases.
  • 3 to 4 days for the Balearic Islands.

Please also note the availability option in the product descriptions.

Orders will be shipped directly from www.merceriamarieta.com through its logistics operators.

Shipping costs

FREE SHIPPING ON PURCHASES OVER 40 EUROS. ONLY ON THE PENINSULA.

ORDERS UNDER 40 EUROS WILL HAVE A SHIPPING COST OF 7 EUROS.

FREE SHIPPING FOR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS.

Delivery

In the event that there is no one available to receive the package at the indicated address, a notice will be left with a phone number to call to confirm delivery. The transport agency will keep your package in their warehouses for approximately five days before returning it to our facilities.

Returns

For us, your satisfaction is the most important thing. If you change your mind upon receiving your order, simply let us know and we will refund your money.

Which items are not eligible for a return?

  • Items that are not in perfect condition and do not have their corresponding purchase receipt from www.merceriamarieta.com.
  • Underwear items due to hygiene and health reasons.
  • Cross-stitch kits because they contain charts subject to intellectual property law.
  • Personalized products, such as invitations, cards, etc.

Return process

If you find any defective product, contact us at merceriamarieta@hotmail.com or call 657 275 787.

You can return the merchandise as long as you communicate your intention within 14 days of receiving the order and keep the packaging in optimal conditions.

If the return is due to product defects, www.merceriamarieta.com will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the return costs will be at your expense.

Exchanges

In case of receiving merchandise broken, defective or in poor condition, contact us within 24-48 hours to proceed with the exchange at no additional cost.

  • Products may vary slightly from the photographs shown.
  • Items are shipped unassembled. To request assembly, contact us for a quote.
  • The current conditions are those published at the time of purchase and may be modified at any time.
  • Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.

Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (postal mail, fax, or email).

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, using the same means of payment used in the initial transaction.
